Only the designated officials as well as members of various committees/ work groups set up under the ambit of IBSA shall have access to this section. Information on and discussions emanating from/concerning various activities, meetings, seminars can be shared through the Intra-IBSA. It can also act as a Virtual Secretariat for the IBSA, using the archive feature.

Customised Content Management System (CMS) shall be another important feature of the IBSA website, thus this site was developed on Joomla . Using the web based interface of this CMS , designated officers from member countries shall be able to update their respective content from any where in the world. That means proceedings, press releases of various conferences, meetings can be put live right from the venue. One shall just require an internet connection ( and an authenticated login account as mentioned above) Live web cast of the major events can also be made available through this website, whenever possible. As it shall be subject to availability of certain infrastructure at the venue of the event. If need be, the website may hold the recordings of proceedings of various IBSA meetings to be accessed on demand.
